I am dedicated to empowering learners with diverse needs by providing specialized educational services tailored to each individual's requirements. I am a certified Special Education teacher and Dyslexia Specialist with credentials from the University of Florida, my mission is to foster a supportive and effective learning environment for students facing challenges such as dyslexia and other learning differences. My Services Include: 1. Individualized Tutoring: I offer one-on-one tutoring sessions designed to meet the unique needs of each student. Utilizing evidence-based methods, my tutoring focuses on enhancing reading, writing, and comprehension skills, building confidence and fostering a love for learning. 2. Dyslexia Assessment and Intervention: I conduct comprehensive assessments to identify specific learning barriers and develop targeted intervention plans. My approach is grounded in proven methodologies, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed. 3. Orton-Gillingham-Based Programs: I am trained in renowned Orton-Gillingham programs, including Lindamood Bell, Wilson, and UFLI. I integrate these structured, multisensory techniques into our sessions to improve phonemic awareness, decoding, and overall literacy skills. 4. Consultation for Parents and Educators: I also provide consultation services to parents and educators looking to better understand dyslexia and effective teaching strategies.
