Rooted Recreation physical education provides structured physical education classes for homeschool students in the St. Cloud, Florida area. Our program focuses on developing physical fitness, coordination, agility, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyle habits through age-appropriate games, fitness activities, skill-building exercises, and recreational sports. Students participate in organized physical education activities designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and motor skills while learning the importance of cooperation, respect, self-discipline, perseverance, courage, and humility. Classes emphasize active participation, personal growth, goal setting, and positive character development in a safe and encouraging environment. Our program serves elementary, middle school, and high school students and is designed to complement home education by providing regular opportunities for physical activity, fitness education, and social interaction through structured PE instruction.
