Our program provides structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction designed to support children with special needs, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. As a certified personal trainer and martial arts instructor, I deliver individualized, movement-based sessions in a safe and supportive environment. Services focus on improving motor skills, coordination, strength, and body awareness while also targeting attention, impulse control, and self-regulation. Through consistent routines, clear instruction, and positive reinforcement, students develop the ability to follow directions, stay on task, and transition between activities. Training also promotes social skills such as turn-taking, peer interaction, and appropriate communication. The physical nature of Jiu-Jitsu provides calming sensory input that can help reduce anxiety and maladaptive behaviors. Overall, this program offers therapeutic and educational benefits by combining physical fitness with structured behavioral support to enhance each child’s development.
