Our program provides structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction designed to support children with special needs, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. As a certified personal trainer and martial arts instructor, I deliver individualized, movement-based sessions in a safe and supportive environment. Services focus on improving motor skills, coordination, strength, and body awareness while also targeting attention, impulse control, and self-regulation. Through consistent routines, clear instruction, and positive reinforcement, students develop the ability to follow directions, stay on task, and transition between activities. Training also promotes social skills such as turn-taking, peer interaction, and appropriate communication. The physical nature of Jiu-Jitsu provides calming sensory input that can help reduce anxiety and maladaptive behaviors.
